Boko Haram kills 30 in Maiduguri

Not less than 30 persons were killed by Boko Haram terrorist group with many women and children abducted in a raid in Borno State.

The attack took place on Sunday night, targeting the village of Auno, a highway linking the capital, Maiduguri.

The residents lamented that 18 vehicles comprising of trailers, buses, and cars were burnt by the insurgents who laid siege on their village about 9:50 pm on Sunday. This came just after the President Buhari stated categorically clear that the nation is free from the siege of insurgency.
